Social Network Management Certification (Social Capital Development

The Flowork Social Network System involves a training program which teaches individuals how to become social explorers; that is, through social exploration, individuals learn how to identify both their own and others capabilities in establishing relationships which lead to goal attainment. The training involves a unique set of self-assessment tools which assist an individual in identifying his or her strengths and weakness in capitalizing on the potential that exist within their network. It provides the social explorer the tools needed to develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that will endure well past the accomplishment of a single goal and it equips them with the skills to last a lifetime.

You're eligible for FloWork Social Network Management Certification if you have:

  • Previous group work or facilitation experience (minimum of 1 year);
  • Experience and knowledge of networking;
  • Experience as a coach;

And here are the steps in the certification process:

  • Attend a 1-day certification workshop.
  • Enroll 15 - 20 clients as part of the FloWork Network Management System in your agency or community within two months of the certification workshop.
  • Review client caseload with a FloWork representative via conference call and online discussion.
  • Register with the FloWork Registry.

Strategic Job Search Management Certification

The Strategic Job Search Management Certification process teaches those already in the job search field to provide their clients with the job search management method.

A Strategic Job Search Board Review helps people understand and recognize at what stage they are in their job search process. By identifying the job search stage, corrective actions may be taken to develop a plan of action to reduce the time it takes to find employment. As a result, clients will find employment much faster and your ability to help more people find employment will benefit you as well as your agency.

Those who become certified on the Strategic Job Search Management System will have access to job search boards and the online job search board. In addition to these tools, participants will have access to a network of job search practitioners who are enjoying the benefits of the system.

You're eligible for the FloWork Strategic Job Search Management Certification if you have:

  • Previous group work or facilitation experience (minimum of 1 year);
  • Experience and knowledge of career or employment services;
  • Experience working with the unemployed or under-employed;

And here are the steps in the certification process:

  • Attend a 1-day certification workshop.
